Santa Fe Innovates: Responsible Entrepreneurship

The past year has been exciting with a lot of hard work to put a foundation in place for the long-term. We are energized by the next steps of merging our efforts into the UNM Anderson Center for Responsible Entrepreneurship in Santa Fe. As part of this work, we launched in partnership with Creative Santa Fe and the City of Santa Fe Economic Development Department a Beyond Profit series. We have been gathering in engaging conversations. We have more events coming in 2023.

In addition to the series, we are working to offer an acceleration program. It will be in-person but will contain on-line micro-credential opportunities through UNM Anderson. Our acceleration program will combine education, mentoring, and much more, delivering a community of support over the course of a year. The mission is to support the launch of responsible businesses in Santa Fe.

Grateful to sponsors, supporters, and mentors

We have been fortunate to have solid supporters and sponsors. The City of Santa Fe Economic Development team has helped us throughout the past three years, and we are grateful for their work with us. UNM Anderson and the NM for Good program has set the foundation, and we look forward to continuing our work through them. Creative Santa Fe is a talented force in how they engage a community in challenging and needed conversations. We are grateful for their design and collaborative expertise.

Our mentors are special. They volunteer their time and insights to work with emerging entrepreneurs. Our mentors bring to life our community through their time and talents. We are grateful for their engagement.

Onward!

Our next year will continue to bring excitement and challenges. We are ready to continue the work to build upon the traditions of our community while challenging responsible ventures in their journey. Our mission is to position Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico as a place where responsible entrepreneurs start and thrive with mutual respect and ethical actions.
